We are looking for a dedicated individual to help protect the company’s and client’s interests by identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities. The role involves applying knowledge of risk management principles, policies, and procedures to minimize fraud and losses promptly and efficiently. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and analytical skills are essential for monitoring odds and customers’ wagering activities. You will be expected to communicate effectively and ensure all tasks are executed promptly across all communication channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor wagers, pre-game and in-play markets.
2. Oversee deposits and withdrawals.
3. Track the origin of funds and identify links between crypto wallets.
4. Handle customer queries via site chat and provide basic customer service.
5. Work with automated trading tools (internal and external) with minimal supervision.
6. Resolve minor issues with various third-party providers.
7. Detect, investigate, and report fraud and abuses related to platform usage; analyze reports and take appropriate actions.
8. Profile users and adjust account rights and limits according to company procedures.
9. Adjust competition limits and templates to align with company interests.
10. Foster strong relationships with team members and collaborate effectively.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience is not required, but it is considered an advantage.
2. Good knowledge of MS Excel; SQL will be a plus.
3. Excellent mathematical skills, including knowledge of statistics and probability.
4. We are looking for someone available for night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
5. Understanding of cryptocurrencies and iGaming.
6. Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
7. Keen observation skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure, with growing independence as experience is gained.
