Junior Revenue Manager
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Support short- and medium- term revenue forecasting and financial performance assessments.
Work with market data, pricing urves and trading information to support revenue analysis.
Prepare regular revenue reports, KPI summaries and variance explanations for internal stakeholders.
Analyse deviations between expected and actual revenues, helping identify operational or market-driven root causes.
Collaborate closely with Asset Management, Finance and Commercialisation teams to ensure alignment in revenue assumptions and reporting.
Optional:
Assist in risk analysis, sensitivities and scenario modelling.
Support creation of ad-hoc financial models and dashboards.
Verify energy generation data vs. revenue outcomes for accuracy.
Support digitalisation and automation of revenue reporting processes.
Research market developments and regulatory drivers affecting electricity prices.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in revenue analysis, forecasting, or financial modelling roles in the energy industry
Understanding of electricity pricing mechanisms, PPAs, imbalance costs and wholesale market fundamentals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of finance and key revenue performance metrics.
Ability to work confidently with large datasets.
Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
Optional:
Exposure to energy markets or energy-sector analytical roles.
Experience in forecasting or financial modelling.
Experience (or Strong willingness to learn ) with at least one data querying or BI tool (e.g., Power Query, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with at least one analytical or scripting language (e.g., Python, R).
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and concisely.
