Junior Returnable Packaging Specialist (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Procuring and disposing of packaging material
• Monitoring and adjusting safety stock
• Executing the internal and external order process (BANF, order, confirmation control, track delivery on time, clarification of discrepancies, close orders and workflow)
• Managing orders in customer portals or systems (Balancing of accounts, claim management)
• Contacting manufacturers, suppliers, plants, shipping points and distribution centers (phone and mail)
• Contacting service providers, especially as support function (phone and mail)
• Supporting projects and rollouts in all project stages

Your Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, business management or a related field
• Completed apprenticeship as an industrial or logistics clerk
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Knowledge of German is considered an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP (Modules SD & MM) is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
• Strong attention to detail
