Bruker has a new opportunity for a (Junior) Recruitment Specialist with German/French (m/f/d) for the shared service centre based in Warsaw. This incumbent should possess advanced administration and organization capabilities along with the ability to focus on high quality, prioritize workloads, and demonstrate a customer-oriented working attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Provide support to Talent Acquisition Managers and local HR teams with recruitment and talent sourcing activities
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for hiring needs, leveraging relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks
  • Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as social media, networking events, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment: Utilise effective screening techniques and assessment tools to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization
  • Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation to enhance recruitment flow

Qualifications

  • Proven experience within recruitment/talent acquisition/HR/customer service or similar area
  • Fluency in German/French min. B2 level (fluency in second language: English/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese/Dutch/Swedish is a plus)
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to adapt communication style to various audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and be seen as a trusted advisor, leveraging a strong business acumen
  • Ability to set and manage candidate and hiring manager expectations
  • Resourceful, determined, collaborative approach with strong sense of urgency
