Our customer is the leader in providing modern business solutions. We're looking for Junior Real Estate Agent, who will play a role within Project Development Team.

Working closely with the team, your responsibility will be identifying suitable land across Poland for the construction of photovoltaic and wind plant projects.

Project information:

• Industry: Renewable energy
• Location: Wrocław/Warszawa/Zielona Góra/Bydgoszcz
• Languages: Polish & English
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Level: Junior/Mid
• Remuneration: 5700 PLN gross (base salary) + unlimited commissions

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of lands/sites for wind and photovoltaic farms
• Searching for landowners
• Identifying new potential areas
• Negotiating terms and conditions with customers
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and environment requirements
• Preparing analyses of land/sites conditions

Requirements:

• First experience in sales (or in real estate industry)
• Strongly communication and negotiation skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Driving licence
• Communicative knowledge of English
