Core Responsibilities:

1. Raising the awareness and competences of employees in the field of QMS by conducting trainings and proactive actions;
2. Daily cooperation on topics regarding Quality, proactively responding to problems by proposing and implementing immediate actions;
3. Preparing and updating management system documentation (procedures, instructions, forms, etc.) based on the requirements of standards and internal requirements;
4. Keeping QMS registers and records;
5. Conducting internal audits as an internal auditor (including compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001);
6. Support in planning, organizing and coordinating activities related to the maintenance of the management system, including management reviews, etc.;
7. Organization of corrective actions, including verification of the effectiveness of these actions and implementation of tasks preventing the occurrence of non-conformities.

Required Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 9000 family of standards;
2. Completed training for internal auditors confirmed by a certificate;
3. Experience in conducting internal audits;
4. At least BSc in the field of Quality, or a related field;
5. Very good organization of work, goal-oriented, willingness to learn and good communication skills.
