Core Responsibilities:
- Raising the awareness and competences of employees in the field of QMS by conducting trainings and proactive actions;
- Daily cooperation on topics regarding Quality, proactively responding to problems by proposing and implementing immediate actions;
- Preparing and updating management system documentation (procedures, instructions, forms, etc.) based on the requirements of standards and internal requirements;
- Keeping QMS registers and records;
- Conducting internal audits as an internal auditor (including compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001);
- Support in planning, organizing and coordinating activities related to the maintenance of the management system, including management reviews, etc.;
- Organization of corrective actions, including verification of the effectiveness of these actions and implementation of tasks preventing the occurrence of non-conformities.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 9000 family of standards;
- Completed training for internal auditors confirmed by a certificate;
- Experience in conducting internal audits;
- At least BSc in the field of Quality, or a related field;
- Very good organization of work, goal-oriented, willingness to learn and good communication skills.
