We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to support quality-related processes across our global chemical operations. This role is a key part of our team, focused on ensuring effective material review procedures and driving improvements to our SAP-based workflows. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Quality Management, Data Analysis, or arelated field;
• Experience with SAP Quality Management is preferred;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail;
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills;
• Familiarity with global quality standards and regulatory requirements

Your tasks

• SAP Quality Management -Maintain and update material master data for new materials and plant extensions;
• Identify and resolve SAP-related quality issues affecting material tracking;
• Monitor and address discrepancies in customer Certificates of Analysis(COAs);
• Review and maintain product specifications;
• Monitor product quality at third-party sites;
• Maintain accurate records for product stored at third-party locations;
• Investigate product quality complaints and implement corrective actions;
• Respond promptly to internal and external queries regarding product quality,testing, and specifications;
• Support internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, customer audits);
• Participate in change control processes for materials, suppliers, or processes;
• Manage product shelf-life extensions
