We are looking for a Junior QA Specialist to join our E-commerce Technical Team.

About E-commerce Team

We are developing our own in-house online store, which is currently our main sales channel and therefore plays a key role in the success of our business. This is a web application built using Python for the back-end and Nuxt for the front-end. While most tests are conducted manually, we also automate some of them using tools like Cypress and Locust.

Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

• Testing new features during the implementation process:

• Test design - preparing test scenarios and test cases based on information gathered.

• Estimating the time required for tests based on requirements documentation and analysis.

• Independently executing tests for web applications, in accordance with business and technical requirements.

• Documenting the results of conducted tests.

• Maintaining automated tests and gradual expansion of its scope; monitoring and reporting results of automated tests (Cypress, Locust) and reporting found bugs.

• Overall functionality of the web application in cooperation with other Team members (continuous monitoring of the entire system and reporting errors).

In order to achieve your goals, you will cooperate closely with the development, design, and business teams throughout the entire project; therefore, direct communication is crucial.

You will be fairly remunerated (depending on your skills and experience) – 8.000 - 12.000 PLN for B2B contract (other forms of employment are also possible).

To work effectively in this role, it is important that you:

• Have min. 1 year of experience in a similar position in web application testing .
• Understand testing principles, techniques, and methodologies and know how to apply them in practice.
• Have working knowledge of application testing tools .
• Have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Take full responsibility for your part of the job.
• Take initiative and actively seek solutions or improvements.
• Have worked in Agile methodologies (incl. Scrum).
• Speak both Polish (primarily used) and English.
• Are ready to work 3 days a week from our Warsaw office.

It would be an additional plus if you already have experience working with:

• Cypress (JS), Locust (Python), Postman.
• CI/CD and GIT.
• E-commerce industry.
