Junior Purchasing Specialist

• Material planning: Ensuring the timely provision of raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating materials as well as semi-finished products to maintain a smooth production process. 
• Inventory management: Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, taking into account minimum and maximum levels, to avoid excess inventory and shortages. 
• Ordering: Creating and tracking orders, coordinating with suppliers and negotiating delivery conditions. 
• Deadline monitoring: Ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines through regular coordination with suppliers and internal departments. 
• Data maintenance: Recording and maintenance of material master data in the ERP system. 
• Quality assurance: Ensuring material quality in cooperation with the quality department. 
• Complaints processing: Processing and tracking of supplier complaints.
