Junior Purchasing Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building business relationships with shop equipment suppliers
- Sourcing new suppliers and continuously monitoring the market
- Close cooperation with the internal project team to optimize production processes, technical solutions, and material selection
- Managing stock levels and optimizing purchasing processes (Just-in-Time management)
- Coordinating cross-departmental projects related to store equipment
- Cost optimization of processes within the project department
- Managing the company’s car fleet
Your qualifications and skills
- 1 year of experience in a purchasing department or a similar position will be an advantage
- driving license cat. B
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Good command of MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge of furniture design will be an additional advantage
