Responsibilities
- Invoice processing (PO and NON-PO in IMAP)
- Handling bank statements and reconciliation on vendor’s account
- Open items analysis
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers
- Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
Qualifications
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
- Problem solving, result-oriented, eye to detail
- Clear understanding of the big picture as well as data related details and strong analytical skills
- Very good teamwork
- Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
- Customer orientation and proactive approach
- Stress resistance
- Good Excel knowledge
