Who we’re looking for:

• Good English (min. B2 level required; C1 is a plus)
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in IT business analysis, product ownership, or related roles (internships count!)
• Eagerness to learn stakeholder management and basic requirements gathering
• Team spirit, responsibility for assigned tasks, and strong communication skills
• Interest in working with international teams and stakeholders
• Curiosity and ability to learn N8N and other low‑code automation tools quickly
