As a Junior Proxy Product Owner, you will support our experienced team in delivering innovative AI solutions. This role is perfect for those early in their career, passionate about technology, and excited to learn from experts while helping shape digital products that make a real impact.

Who we’re looking for:

• Good English (min. B2 level required; C1 is a plus)

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in IT business analysis, product ownership, or related roles (internships count!)

• Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and willingness to develop automatization/AI supported products

• Eagerness to learn stakeholder management and basic requirements gathering

• Team spirit, responsibility for assigned tasks, and strong communication skills

• Interest in working with international teams and stakeholders

• Curiosity and ability to learn N8N and other low-code automation tools quickly

• Salary: 7 000 - 10 000 PLN net/month (B2B contract, depending on experience)

Recruitment Process:

• Interview with recruiter (30 minutes, MS Teams)

• 45-minute technical conversation on Teams (with Team Leader, focused on basics and learning potential)

• Open Day at our Warsaw office (up to 3 hours, informal meetings with team)

• 3-month trial period with structured mentorship and support
