Dear network, we seek a Junior Property Manager at Axi Immo Services.

The proper candidate will be fully responsible for the office building and will care about good relations with tenants and suppliers.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain good relations with tenants and suppliers.
2. Cost calculation and optimization.
3. Preparation and responsibility for the budget.
4. Reports preparation plus comments for Manager and Partners.
5. Active management of receivables collection.
6. Other duties from time to time if needed.

Candidate Profile

1. 1-2 years of experience in property management - required.
2. Very good verbal and written English language skills.
3. Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and communicate.
4. Independent, dynamic, open to challenges, proactive, committed.
5. Business approach, problem-solving attitude.
6. Ability to work in a team, willingness to develop.
7. Cat B driving licence - required.
