EY GDS Poland, part of the EY global integrated service delivery center network, is seeking a Junior Property Construction Consultant with German language skills. The role focuses on end‑to‑end consulting for real‑estate and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle consulting for real‑estate projects.
• Consult on property construction and infrastructure engineering, including planning, design, and implementation.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
• Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Manage business and operational transformation projects for real‑estate.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful delivery.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction and maintenance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices for high‑quality service.
• Prepare and present technical reports, market studies, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.

Skills and Attributes

• Experience in project management for commercial property construction.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the real‑estate construction sector.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel and work across the EU as required.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
