Important details:



Possibility of hybrid work after the training period



Shift working hours: Monday-Sunday (standard business hours, you must be available to work 5 days in a row)



Requirements:

• Mandatory knowledge of Italian language (min. B2 level)
• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines
• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation
• Attention to detail

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing support and resolving clients inquiries
• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs
• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data
• Working in the ticketing system
