Lead the business-side delivery of a new integrated GenAI portfolio.

You will secure funding, drive decisions, set up robust data governance & compliance, enable adoption, and evidence measurable business value across the organization.

YOU WILL

• Funding & Controls: Coordinate funding approvals, maintain accurate records, and partner with Finance for tracking and compliance.
• Scope & Priorities: Define scope with sponsors, manage the backlog and priorities, and align milestones with portfolio goals.
• Decision Enablement: Prepare executive-ready materials, run decision forums/steerco, and keep clear action/decision logs.
• Compliance by Design: Ensure adherence to Information Security, AI policy, and data privacy requirements throughout delivery.
• Vendors & Procurement: Run selections, SOWs, and onboarding when needed.
• Data Governance: Stand up roles, access, documentation, and controls for DIVA and related solutions.
• Readiness & Adoption: Orchestrate UAT/Business Acceptance, training, comms, and change management.
• Value Tracking: Define benefits, baselines, and KPIs; report progress and realized value regularly.

YOU NEED

• Proven experience delivering business & technology projects in analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
• Strong grasp of how AI and data create business value (use-case framing, feasibility, success metrics).
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration at global scale.
• Working knowledge of data governance (roles, access, lineage, documentation) and information security fundamentals.
• Proficiency with project/portfolio tools: ePPM (or equivalent) plus Jira/Azure DevOpsand Confluence; strong PowerPoint and Excel (reporting), familiarity with Power BI (or similar) for KPI dashboards.
• Experience coordinating steerco/decision meetings and producing concise, decision-ready materials.
• High ownership, organization, and adaptability in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
• Product context: familiarity with AI assistants or virtual agents—ideally exposure to projects like DIVA (Data & Insights Virtual Assistant).

Security, Compliance & Screening

• Commitment to Information Security and Data Privacy (e.g., GDPR); ability to embed controls into ways of working.
• Completion of Information Security and AI ethics/governance trainings (company-mandated).
• Standard background screening as per company policy (employment/education verification; additional checks where applicable).
• Advantageous certifications : PMP/Prince2, SAFe (for portfolio cadence), ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation/Lead or CISMP/CISM (foundation exposure), DA/BI credentials (e.g., DA-100/PL-300) or equivalent analytics certificates.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in commercial & marketing analytics environments (campaign performance, omnichannel, pricing, or consumer insights).
• Exposure to regulatory intelligence or market/trend intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor governance for data/AI tools.
