As a Junior Project Manager/Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting industrial projects and ensuring that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely, and within budget.
You will act as the Owner’s representative for our clients or will be part of a larger project team.
You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely, and within budget.
The projects you will be involved in as a Junior Project Manager/Engineer comprise a variety of industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc.
WHAT WE NEED:
You have a Masters degree in Industrial, Chemical, Bio-, or Civil engineering.
A first experience in a project environment is a plus.
With your outstanding people and communication skills, you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams, including suppliers, users, maintenance staff, etc.
You have a proactive “make-it-happen” mentality.
You are resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You have an eye for detail and execute projects and tasks with precision.
You are flexible to travel within a reasonable distance to the client.
Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus.
You speak Polish and English fluently; Dutch and French are a plus.
