We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure that works are in compliance with plans and specifications.
• Monitoring construction progress.
• Checking the quality of construction works.
• Ensuring works are in accordance with the timetable and financial schedule.
• Cooperating with branches.
• Overseeing the tender specifications and cooperating with the Company and Client administrative and legal departments.
• Contacting investors, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Utilizing survey instruments to verify completed work, taking photographs, and maintaining a log.
• Ensuring the planning and observation of contractual provisions within the deadlines set forth by the contract and design.
• Informing the client on the work progress.

Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge of English.
• At least 3 years of previous experience in construction/site management, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and committed.
