We are looking to add an immensely talented Project Manager to help direct product development and ensure high return on investment (ROI.) You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish. The products we will create together simply do not exist today. responsibilities :
Transforms customer insights and business strategy into actionable user stories
Collaborates with engineering and design to unite the teams toward common goals
Writes detailed product requirements and specifications documents
Effectively scopes work to achieve maximum impact with minimum effort
Communicates business intent and provides direction for engineering and quality assurance as development questions arise
Documents new features for internal and external user education
Coordinate with development team to estimate tasks and create product roadmap
Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
requirements-expected :
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in software engineering, computer science or a related field
Project Management qualification desirable e.g. Prince2 or PMP, but not necessarily mandatory
Demonstrated experience in a similar position for at least 2 years, preferably at a start-up
Strong analytical and good problem-solving skills
Fluent English
Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Jira, Asana
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Able to confirm to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
