Junior Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager (Wind Energy)

Place of work: Chwaszyno

Contract of employment - salary range 8k - 10k PLN gross

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee the generation and delivery of reports and other project documentation.
2. Reporting on the progress of work in the office or on site, analyzing deviations and differences.
3. Monitor work progress, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are on budget and on schedule with relevant industry standards.
4. Protect SPIE Wind high standards within business ethics, health, safety and the environment.
5. Managing process and individual projects tasks in cooperation with the Project Manager.
6. Construction site visits at quarterly intervals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SOFT SKILLS

1. Very good communication and time management skills.
2. Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals.
3. Ability to work with and communicate with diverse work teams.
4. Basic experience/knowledge in the field of investment project management (internship, assistant role) - nice to have.
5. Project Management methodology and solutions knowledge - nice to have.
6. Very good in English and Polish (must have).
7. Valid driving license (must have) and willingness to work in field.
8. Ability to take initiative, responsibility and the right balance between creativity and quality in all solutions.
9. Passionate about renewable energy and delivering value to customers.
