Junior Project Manager is a person gaining his first experience in project management. Under the supervision of more experienced managers, he organizes and monitors the work of the team, prepares schedules and ensures the effective implementation of the project. Through effective communication and cooperation with the team and clients, he or she gradually leads increasingly complex projects.

What are your competences and skills that we will pay attention to?

1. Good organization of work: ability to plan and coordinate activities, punctuality, accuracy, reliability and ease of planning the work of themselves and others.
2. Very good knowledge of Polish and English, both spoken and written (knowledge at the level of B2/C1).
3. Problem-solving skills and ease of decision-making.
4. Ability to work in a team.
5. Ability to analyze data.
6. Involvement, taking initiative, being proactive and self-reliant.
7. Basic knowledge of project management.
8. Willingness to learn and grow - under the guidance of experienced project managers, we will teach you a lot and fast!

What is not necessary but welcome and will make you surprise us in a positive way?

1. Experience min. 1 year working in a software house or in another industry as a team leader.
2. College degree or is in the process of studying (IT is welcome).
3. Basic knowledge in the area of software development and IT infrastructure.
4. Experience in managing the budget, scope and schedule of projects.
5. Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies e.g. Agile.
6. Knowledge of project/task management software e.g. Jira, Asana.
7. Flexibility in situations of change and resilience to stress.
8. Ability to build relationships.
9. Natural leadership skills.
10. Courage to carry out challenging projects.

What will be the scope of your tasks?

1. Coordination of interesting, innovative technological projects.
2. Pre-collection of requirements.
3. Cooperation with teams of developers and testers.
4. Monitoring the implementation of the schedule.
5. Supervising the teams working time.
6. Scheduling the availability of needed specialists and supervising the teams time.
7. Reporting.
8. Support in building and maintaining relationships with domestic and international customers.
9. Presenting the results of work.
10. Cooperation with other company departments and management.
