The recipients of our services are clients from the Oil and Gas industry, petrochemical plants, cellulose and pulp mills, waste to energy plants and the nuclear industry.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the creation and updating of project schedules and budgets under the supervision of senior team members.
• Assist in coordinating internal resources and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.
• Help prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and report status updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings, including kick-off and review sessions.
• Support quality, cost, and timeline monitoring of deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with project documentation standards.
• Assist in maintaining client relationships and responding to client requests.
• Occasionally support site visits and help resolve operational or technical issues under guidance.

Our Expectations

• University degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical, materials, or welding engineering.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in project support, coordination, or engineering.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and cost tracking.
• Good problem solving skills and willingness to learn technical aspects of projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a project team.
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Very good command of English to communicate and read technical documentation.

Working environment

• Hybrid (working in our Radom office plus remote according to agreed schedule)
• Open to international travel up to 40 percent
