What you will be doing

As a Junior Project Manager , you will play a crucial role in driving transformation projects across our global operations. The role involves a strong focus on change management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration, with a particular emphasis on Industry 5.0 principles. You will work closely with factory teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and facilitate the adoption of new solutions that enhance both technology and human-centric innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support in leading projects related to Industry 5.0, digital transformation, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Acting as a bridge between technical solutions and factory teams, ensuring smooth communication, understanding and successful project implementation.
• Facilitating workshops and meetings to identify pain points and co-create solutions with stakeholders.
• Developing and documenting business processes and methodologies to support transformation initiatives.
• Conducting maturity assessments to gauge factories readiness for digital transformation.
• Traveling internationally (approximately 40-50 days per year) to support project rollouts and stakeholder engagement.

What you will bring:

We are seeking a proactive, adaptable individual who is comfortable navigating complex environments and working with a variety of stakeholders, from factory operators to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A business or engineering degree.
• 2+ years of experience in project management (preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment).
• Project management skills (Prince2 certification or similar is a plus).
• Experience in change management and business process development (Prosci ADKAR certification or similar is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Industry 5.0 and its impact on manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
• A self-motivated and data-driven approach to solving problems.
• Proficiency in English at a high professional business level.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and process optimization.
