We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our Cyber Security area and support the coordination of internal and external penetration testing processes across international environments. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in cyber security while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.

You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with Application Teams, external Suppliers, and various internal stakeholders. The project focuses on ensuring high security standards by coordinating penetration tests, facilitating key meetings (proposal, kick-off, and report presentations), and supporting the proper registration and handling of test results, risk acceptances, and other security-related deviations.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating of internal and external penetration tests
• Facilitating proposal meetings, kick-off meetings and report presentation meetings
• Registering test reports, risk acceptances, dispensations, and other deviations
• Supporting Application’s Teams, Suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders
• Being point of contact for our external Suppliers

Our requirements

• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• At least 1 year Experience of working in an international environment
• Good in setting up and leading meetings
• Able to work with many tasks at the same time
• Can accept a high workload in periods
• You can work independently as well as in the team
• You are careful, responsible and persistent with your work
• Willing to adapt to fast pace environment
• Interest in Cyber Security topics and willing to expand knowledge in that field
