WE ARE LOOKING FOR JUNIOR PROJECT CONTROLLER

Job Description

We are now looking for Junior Project Controller to support our Blades and Manpower department. You will be referring to the Division Controlling Manager (Main Services). You will have regular contact in your daily work with Team Leader of Project Controllers and other colleagues.

You will be employed on a full-time basis at our office in Szczecin (Baltic Business Park).

As our new Junior Project Controller , you will be supporting in monitoring and controlling project financials, reviewing processes, regulating the progress and performance of a project, and initiating the corresponding changes to identify variances from the project management.

Your responsibilities:

1. Processing of invoices and costs related to the project (checking their correctness)
2. Preparing data to analyze and report costs and work in progress against each project and budget
3. Participating in reporting project performance and relevant project meetings to ensure financial control of the project as well as preparing financial monthly project reports
4. Invoicing to client according to PO and claims approved by the client
5. Supporting monitoring of the project progress and performance
6. Monitoring of the hours spent on the project
7. Assisting the project management team to evaluate project performance
8. Close cooperation with other departments to ensure and secure the project
9. Using company tools to process documentation

Our requirements:

1. Communicative level of English (B2)
2. Open and dedicated team player
3. Financial background (nice to have)
4. Good knowledge of Excel
5. Excellent time management and attention to detail
