Our team is responsible for supporting Financial Reporting Department with their issues through daily support; analyzing and automating manual processes; testing and identifying application issues. In this role you will analyze, automate and troubleshoot Financial Reporting issues with internal applications.**Some of your key responsibilities include:*** Assist in day-to-day inquiry tracking and resolution/ troubleshooting.* Act as point of contact for Unity (internal application) related issues or queries.* Participate in analyzing and designing automated solutions to business problems.* Participate in the training and support during roll-out of new products and enhancements.* Support change process through aggressive regression testing and deployment of wellness checks for system upgrades and developments.* Participate in local and global meetings to contribute ideas for Financial Reporting process improvements.**What we offer:*** To encourage cultural awareness and philanthropy, BBHers have 1 Culture Celebration Day and 1 Community Service Day in addition to their paid standard vacation allowance* Private medical care* Life Insurance* Employee Assistance Program - offering independent and confidential counselling services for you and your family.
