Location: Kraków, Poland

Hybrid model: 3 days per week in office, 2 days remote for parents of children up to 4 years old.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day inquiry tracking and resolution/troubleshooting.
• Act as point of contact for Unity (internal application) related issues or queries.
• Analyze and design automated solutions to business problems.
• Participate in training and support during roll‑out of new products and enhancements.
• Support change process through rigorous regression testing and deployment of wellness checks for system upgrades and developments.
• Participate in local and global meetings to contribute ideas for Financial Reporting process improvements.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• English C1 level.
• Analytical skills and logical thinking.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for understanding global business considerations when implementing new business systems.
• Ability to work with business users and systems personnel in a team environment.
• Hands‑on experience with software spreadsheets, database applications, programming, and establishing quality assurance procedures a plus.
