Location: Kraków, Poland
Hybrid model: 3 days per week in office, 2 days remote for parents of children up to 4 years old.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day inquiry tracking and resolution/troubleshooting.
- Act as point of contact for Unity (internal application) related issues or queries.
- Analyze and design automated solutions to business problems.
- Participate in training and support during roll‑out of new products and enhancements.
- Support change process through rigorous regression testing and deployment of wellness checks for system upgrades and developments.
- Participate in local and global meetings to contribute ideas for Financial Reporting process improvements.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- English C1 level.
- Analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for understanding global business considerations when implementing new business systems.
- Ability to work with business users and systems personnel in a team environment.
- Hands‑on experience with software spreadsheets, database applications, programming, and establishing quality assurance procedures a plus.
