In this position, you will work hand-in-hand with the Product Owner to aid in creating and maintaining product documentation, crafting presentations, and facilitating cross-team communications.

Partner with the Product Owner to produce and uphold detailed product documentation, such as user manuals, feature descriptions, and process diagrams.
Contribute to the creation of visually engaging presentations for both internal and external audiences, ensuring they adhere to brand standards and project objectives.
Collect and integrate feedback from diverse teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, and sales) to ensure that documentation and presentations are accurate and current.
Maintain a centralized repository for product-related materials to ensure easy and efficient access for the team.
Research and apply best practices in product documentation and presentation to improve clarity, engagement, and usability.
Aid in facilitating workshops by preparing materials and turning outcomes into actionable summaries.
