Junior Product Manager (Software – B2B Application)

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure the development team focuses on the most valuable items.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, sales, and stakeholders worldwide.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to guide decisions.
• Oversee product launches, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Own software products (PC and mobile apps), driving innovation and success.
• Gather market requirements, identify customer needs, and define the product vision for new generations.
• Ensure continuous development and innovation of existing and future software products for process analytical applications.
• Plan releases and coordinate with geographically dispersed marketing, sales, and support teams.
• Create engaging marketing materials for product launches and sales promotion.
• Ensure project goals are met regarding timelines, product requirements, and costs.
• Support sales representatives in local subsidiaries with new product introductions, events, and customer training.
• Visit clients and market organizations to identify needs and foster collaboration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs.
• Work closely with the software development team and UI/UX experts in Poland.
• Partner with the Research & Development department to define technical specifications when integrating new sensor technology into the software.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a scientific/technical or business discipline.
• At least one year of experience in product management for software products.
• Relevant experience in gathering and writing requirements, interviewing customers and stakeholders.
• Understanding of the software development process.
• Solid technical background with software application and product development skills, and experience in agile development processes and tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑player approach.

• Very good organizational skills.
• Conceptual and analytical thinking with the ability to make decisions.

Nice to Have

• Technical understanding in sensor and measurement technology, or educational background in that area.
