Your role

We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile Junior Product Manager to join our offshore team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the Conversational Banking Crew across various operational tasks and contribute to the efficient execution of our AI strategy at UBS. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in training coordination, proficiency in creating impactful presentations, excellent stakeholder communication abilities, and a solid background in access rights management and administration.



Responsibilities:

  1. Support the rollout of Gen AI tools by managing access rights, coordinating and organizing training sessions, and assisting in the execution of these sessions.
  2. Prepare and review training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
  3. Assist in the preparation of senior management slide decks, providing clear and impactful presentations.
  4. Proactively monitor and address operational business tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.
  5. Enhance internal and external communication to improve transparency and foster a culture of continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.
  6. Maintain a high level of organization and self-management, prioritizing tasks effectively and ensuring all operational needs are met.


Your team

As a key member of the Conversational Banking Crew, youll be at the heart of everything that happens at the Crew level. Within this dynamic role, your support and organizational skills will be crucial in enabling the crew and pods of Conversational Banking. Your contributions will not only support our AI strategy but also drive the organizations growth and success.



Your expertise

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  2. Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating and organizing training sessions.
  3. Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  4. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated administrative experience, with attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  7. Analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to support operational tasks and improvements.
  8. Fluent in English; German and French are a plus.
  9. Showcasing a flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude, and a solution-oriented approach to communication and collaboration.
  10. Hands-on mentality, self-organized, and not afraid to handle operational tasks.
