Aim of the role:
As a Junior Product Development Specialist within Product Development Team, your role is pivotal in supporting the ideation, development, and launch of new products tailored to meet the evolving needs of our European customer base. Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to bringing innovative products to market worldwide, while ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events on our online educational platform, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
- Support the execution of the product roadmap, including assisting in product launches and contributing to marketing communications efforts.
- Aid in the maintenance and optimization of our worldwide company website, supporting efforts to uphold brand consistency and effectively convey our value proposition.
- Assist in monitoring our brand image globally, including online platforms, and support efforts to maintain brand integrity and positive online presence.
- Help track sales performance, monitor market trends, and gather competitor insights to provide support in strategic decision-making processes.
- Provide support in the coordination and preparation of industry events worldwide, ensuring logistical tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist in the development of trade marketing materials, including gathering information and providing input to support the creation of engaging collateral for target markets.
Requirements:
- Prior exposure to international environments is preferred.
- Minimum one year of proven experience in supporting brand or product management within Trade Marketing is highly valued.
- Demonstrated capability to efficiently handle multiple projects under time constraints.
- Exceptional proficiency in communication and presentation, fluently bilingual in Polish and English.
- Strong organizational aptitude, self-reliance, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential.
- Flexibility for occasional travel.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is required.
