Job Title: Junior Product Designer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products.

Employment Details:
We are offering this position under either:

• contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)
• B2B contract

The final working hours and scope will be discussed and agreed upon during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Collaboration: Assist in designing engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Design Backlog Management: Assist in managing the design backlog by prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of design solutions.
• Design System Maintenance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Business-as-Usual (Graphic Design): Design marketing emails and online promotional banners to support ongoing business activities.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in UI/UX design. Current students or individuals with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment or within product-driven companies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• English Proficiency: At least C1 level in English is required.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design issues and propose creative solutions that align with both user needs and business goals.
• Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn and adopt new tools and design trends.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with design systems.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development.
• Experience in working within agile development environments.
