Junior Procurement Administrator

Your responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze procurement data to assure products availibility and term deliveries
• Collaboration: International cooperation for the exchange of information about procurement data.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Help in building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the procurement process.
• Vendor Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation, including analyzing the supplier’s current capabilities and performance history.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Our requirements

• Good practical use of English both, written and verbal.
• Problem-solving attitude, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Goal oriented attitude.
• Eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
