(Junior) Process Architect – Employee Lifecycle Management Competence Center

Your responsibilities
Defining global end-to-end processes, tools, infrastructure (incl. IT systems), service provider strategies, and operating models
Managing IT demand by translating process changes into IT requirements, conducting analysis, and developing business concepts, while supporting IT tool harmonization
Defining and implementing roadmaps for development, optimization and harmonization (to migrate from AS-Is to the improved To-Be environment)
Defining roles and qualifications within the process as well as process trainings
Defining and monitoring global end-to-end process performance indicators and its improvement plans
Ensuring documentation of group wide processes
Securing compliance of process with corporate and public authority requirements
Managing process risks and developing risk minimizing measures
Securing the successful communication and cooperation of all stakeholders
Involvement in budget planning and other commercial aspects
Our requirements
University diploma or equivalent
Practical knowledge of operations
Knowledge about Group Company’s business
VIVA and other HR related systems experience
Very good command of German and English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills)
High process and project management skills
Strong coordination and co-operation skills
Highly independent and systematic approach to work
Analytical and conceptual mindset
Customer orientation
Intercultural competence
Ability and willingness to adapt one’s own strategies, goals and tasks to changing situations
Ability to represent the company externally and internally
Ability to represent complex issues
