As an (Junior) Project Manager, youll play a crucial role in supporting functions and European countries with initiative implementation and project execution. Your responsibilities include overseeing project scope, planning, scheduling, and reporting, while ensuring adherence to established methodologies. Additionally, youll play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, issues, and changes. Another essential aspect of your role will involve identifying interdependencies among key projects, aligned with the companys strategy. Effective communication is vital as you collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level management.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing an agile approach to project management. Occasional travel may be necessary to meet stakeholders or oversee project activities across multiple European locations. Reporting directly to the Head of the Strategy and Integration Office, you’ll be at the forefront of driving project success.
