Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support in economic due diligence and execution of transactions, respectively target investments (Alternative Investments or complex products) for German Special AIF under supervision of senior team members
• Support of portfolio management, execution & trade for complex products transactions with all involved departments and external parties
• Administration and ongoing maintenance of the holdings (complex products), capitalcalls and related transactions; support as point of contact for internal and external inquiries
• Support in liquidity management activities and cashflow monitoring
• Monitoring investment limit breaches and reporting to senior team members to take countermeasures
• Assist with onboarding tasks for new funds/segments (German Special AIF); support in examination and release of investment guidelines

Your skills and experience

• At least 1 year professional experience in a German KVG and/or Alternative Investments and/or funds administration
• Successfully completed degree (1st and 2nd state examinations, masters degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Law)
• Experience in Portfolio management, process efficiencies, automation & standardization
• Quick learner, excellent communication skills; ability to work independently
• Fluency in German and English.
