Junior Portfolio Management Specialist with German (Alternative Investments)

Responsibilities
- Support in economic due diligence and execution of transactions, respectively target investments (Alternative Investments or complex products) for German Special AIF under supervision of senior team members
- Support of portfolio management, execution & trade for complex products transactions with all involved departments and external parties
- Administration and ongoing maintenance of the holdings (complex products), capitalcalls and related transactions; support as point of contact for internal and external inquiries
- Support in liquidity management activities and cashflow monitoring
- Monitoring investment limit breaches and reporting to senior team members to take countermeasures
- Assist with onboarding tasks for new funds/segments (German Special AIF); support in examination and release of investment guidelines
Skills & Experience
- At least 1 year professional experience in a German KVG and/or Alternative Investments and or funds administration
- Successfully completed degree (1st and 2nd state examinations masters degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Law)
- Experience in Portfolio management, process efficiencies, automation & standardization
- Quick learner, excellent communication skills; ability to work independently
- Fluency in German and English.
