We’re looking for an organized, curious person who is comfortable navigating both data and people. The one who brings bilingual fluency in German and English, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine excitement about how technology is reshaping how work gets done.
?Youll bring:
- Fluency in German and English - written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communication and presentation skills, including exposure to senior stakeholders
- Experience in project support, administration, customer service, or an executive assistant role
- A degree in Economics, Management, or a related field
- Solid command of MS Office - especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
?Bonus points for:
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
- Exposure to process automation, data visualization, or reporting
- Curiosity about AI, workflow automation, and digital transformation tools - were actively using them
