Junior Planning Specialist
Junior Planning Specialist at Your KAYA, an eco‑friendly Polish brand offering menstrual products and natural cosmetics. Since 2017 we grow our subscription‑based brand and support inclusive conversations about menstruation, sexuality, mental health, and bodily autonomy.
What you’ll do
- Place and monitor orders for raw materials, semi‑products, and packaging.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines and quality.
- Support Operations in inventory planning and coordination of production needs.
- Create periodic reports on supply‑chain efficiency.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to maintain production continuity and smooth information flow.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in planning, logistics or supply‑chain.
- Higher education in logistics, economics or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel.
- English language skills sufficient for supplier communication.
- Meticulous, organized, flexible, and calm under changing conditions.
- Proactive learner, enthusiastic about new processes, and open to feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience with production planning or purchasing in FMCG.
- ERP system experience or willingness to learn.
