Responsibilities
- Be the Face of HR – local contact for all employees, offering expertise on all people-related matters.
- Expert Guidance – provide valuable advice and support on grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, absence management, and employee wellbeing.
- Enhance Employee Experience – proactively suggest and implement improvements to boost engagement and satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Insights – monitor key HR metrics, analyze trends, and develop solutions to maintain optimal team dynamics.
- Support Performance Growth – participate in performance reviews, helping team members grow.
- Ensure Compliance – uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring all HR practices align with standards and values.
Qualifications
- Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field (nice to have).
- Expert Knowledge – strong understanding of labor law and experience in a similar HR role.
- Language Skills – fluency in English (B2) and Polish, both spoken and written.
- People Skills – exceptional management abilities with high empathy, approachability, and an open personality.
- Discretion – ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with utmost integrity.
- Proactive Mindset – change-oriented approach that thrives in dynamic environments.
