As a Junior Partner Manager, you work on a team that oversees EFGs global portfolio of brand partners. You are expected to work collaboratively with brand partners, the product and event teams, and the sales team to support high-quality sponsorship programs across global esports events and gaming festivals.
The ideal location is CET time zone +/- 1 hour.
Role Requirements
- Lead on internal partner materials and support on external materials - including but not limited to developing and maintaining partnership trackers, recap decks, partnership overview documentation, and more.
- Become the eyes and ears of the partnership, ensuring that notes and action items are recorded and shared with appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively internally to assist in ensuring the highest quality implementation of partnership programs through delivery of in-broadcast, online, and on-site partnership entitlements.
- Assist in tracking and communicating the progress of partner strategy, KPIs and initiatives to internal stakeholders; prepare reports on account status.
- Stay educated on current sponsorship, partner category and industry news and best practices.
- Perform other duties, functions, responsibilities, projects and assist as necessary.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in business or marketing, related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position or capacity.
- An understanding of the esports and gaming industry, sponsorships and/or brand experience with a willingness to learn and desire to stay up‑to‑date on the latest trends.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel, both domestic and international.
