We are looking for a Junior P&C Services Specialist with proficiency in Dutch and English to join our team. You may have a background in HR, payroll, or Dutch philology, and you should be proficient in MS Office.

Team Leader’s morning briefing, processing of ongoing orders, contact with the national P&C unit, further processing in the system, FIKA (coffee break), weekly team meeting, working in Excel, conversation with your Buddy (mentor), lunch, self-study, work at a helpline (Co-workers support line), and reviewing company news.
TOGETHER AS A TEAM
In the P&C Netherlands team, you will process P&C and payroll matters for IKEA stores and units in the Netherlands. You will be supported by Team Leaders, their Deputies, and your Buddy.
