A global organization is seeking a Junior PAM Engineer to support the Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of Privileged Access Management. This role combines administrative and technical responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and successful delivery of project initiatives. It is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual with strong communication skills and an interest in IT systems, vendor management, and security operations.

Essential:

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Windows and *Nix operating systems and large infrastructure support.
• Ability to coordinate and follow through in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams or multiple projects.
• Working knowledge of IT systems, ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to track dependencies and risks.

 Desirable:

• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Secret Server concepts.
• Interest in IT Governance, Compliance, or Security Operations.
• Basic understanding of software development or infrastructure environments.
• Experience with vendor management or third-party service coordination.
• Team player comfortable working in a global organization.

,[Assist the SME in managing vendor relationships, including scheduling meetings and tracking support tickets., Open, monitor, and coordinate support cases with vendors to ensure timely resolution., Maintain structured documentation for ongoing issues, escalations, and technical decisions., Coordinate communication among cross-functional teams (Engineering, Testing, Migration, Operations)., Track action items, decisions, and change requests related to PAM design updates., Support testing and validation activities by gathering artefacts, test evidence, or configuration data., Participate in recurring technical and operational meetings, capturing minutes and tracking progress.
