About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Packaging Artwork Specialist to manage project workflows for packaging artwork, product development, and innovation initiatives. You will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables, milestones, and approvals are executed efficiently and on schedule. This is an ideal role for someone with strong project coordination, process management, and cross-functional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of packaging artwork and innovation projects from design to production.
- Facilitate meetings with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Design, Supply Chain, agencies, and external suppliers.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
- Track project progress, risks, bottlenecks, and deviations from the plan using PM tools.
- Coordinate artwork workflows, consolidate feedback, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Support senior project managers with documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Maintain accurate project records and dashboards for reporting purposes.
- Organize post-project reviews and support continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with creative teams and suppliers to ensure print-ready files and correct implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or similar fields.
- 1.5+ years of experience in packaging artwork, project coordination, production, or CPG project support.
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet.
- Understanding of packaging design, artwork development, and printing processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with global or cross-functional teams.
