Your journey starts here—apply now and become a key player in our global success story!***Role responsibilities*** Preparation of operational transfer pricing calculations for Haleon entities,* Monitoring and analysis of intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations,* Account analysis and reconciliation of tax and statutory accounts in regions under OTP scope,* Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and operations, to gather and analyse data relevant to transfer pricing,* Support the preparation of transfer pricing audits,* Participation in special projects and initiatives related to transfer pricing and financial optimization.* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.* Advanced Level of English and Polish (written and spoken)* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.* Familiarity with SAP software**Preferred*** Previous experience in transfer pricing, finance, or a related analytical role* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.**Opportunities for growth**Improving everyday health takes dedication.
