As a member of our clients team, youll be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Employ your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify the root causes of aging invoices, ensuring swift resolution.
• Make use of system functionality and established processes to address hold or unapproved invoices effectively.
• Occasionally reach out to customers via phone, email, or fax with tact and professionalism to inquire about overdue balances.

Requirements:

• A minimum C1 level of proficiency is mandatory.
• Availability to work between 14-22 or 13-21.
• Negotiation skills.
• Analitical skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.
• Possess the confidence and judgment to make decisions autonomously.
