We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will work with a fast-growing company specializing in car transport across Europe, dedicated to transforming the way vehicles are moved across borders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate car transport services in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth execution with carriers and drivers.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the operations team as needed.
• Collaborate with carriers, customers, and other partners to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
• Handle phone communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service throughout the process.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German (additional languages such as French, Polish, or Lithuanian are a significant plus).
• Growth-oriented with interest in expanding responsibilities and growing within the company.
• Proactive, hands‑on mentality with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Strong phone communication skills; prior experience in customer support or sales is advantageous.
• Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
