Junior Operations Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing processes and design solutions responding to operational or client requirements
- Prepare business requirements, create testing scripts, and perform testing activities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and external clients to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Challenge existing processes and propose improvements or innovative solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring operational issues
- Handle ad-hoc queries and operational requests
- Contribute to creation and maintenance of project plans
- Participate actively in team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in operational improvements within financial institutions (e.g., Lean, process reengineering)
- Understanding of financial markets and securities operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills and problem‑solving mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience working with external clients in Securities Services
- Basic knowledge of MS Visio, Power BI, and SQL
