Junior On Site Manager (Industrial Automation)

Your responsibilities
- Process planning and detailed scheduling of all installation, implementation and commissioning activities performed on the customer’s premises up to final testing
- Effectively and efficiently organizing the activities of the team assigned to the project
- Guaranteeing cost control in observance of the contractual specifications and quality standards and the assigned budget
- Ensuring constant and timely communication between customer and the company
- Managing all processes for modifying the project in relation to the original one, in collaboration with the project manager and customer
- Managing non-conformity processes with technical and supply chain reference personnel
- Guaranteeing the documented and formal acceptance of the systems and customer approval of the work phases carried out following all testing activities, in compliance with the times and methods set out in the contract
- Responsibility for collaboration with the company H&S Department, of the aspects linked to worksite safety
Our requirements
- Engineering degree or technical diploma backed up by certified experience
- Good working knowledge of Autocad software package, resource planning software, Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time
- Basic professional experience in a similar position - regarding the implementation of projects at the clients
- Knowledge of English, additional foreign languages are welcome
- Driving license category B
