Junior Office Specialist
Your responsibilities
The Junior Office Specialist will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The Junior Office Specialist will be responsible for developing intra-office communication and administrative procedures. Energetic professional who doesnt mind multiple tasks. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Essential functions
• Taking care of mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and invoices
• Cooperate closely with HR, IT, Marketing and other departments
• Being in charge of the office operations and procedures
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Provide general support to visitors
• Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of the company’s event - showing the initiative is the greatest value
• Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
• Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance
• Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
